COMSAE 106 = 491 (4 weeks ago) COMSAE 109 = 541 (7 days before test day) COMSAE 110 = 481 (today, 4 days before test day). I did not think 106 was that difficult. But after 106, I went back through pathoma, and then spent some time on my weak points that I had identified. Took 109, and I felt great about it during the whole thing.

The COMSAE were fairly accurate on average. Yes, they can fluctuate wildly, but if you took 3 or 4, your average was usually close to the real thing. I was able to purchase up to 3, with the school providing me one. Usually your school has multiple comsaes, you can ask if you can't purchase them anymore. 3.

There is no correlation between step and comlex except that most people scored lower on comlex than step back in the 3 digit era.
