The log file has been engineered to answer common questions the Klipper developers have about the software and its environment (software version, hardware type, configuration, event timing, and hundreds of other questions).

I think the clicking sound comes from the fact that the BLTouch automatically tries to re-deploy, that's built in in the probe and not somehting you can configure. The Klipper code then pulls it up, but it might be just a little bit too slow, so it already starts re-deploying when it's done. That should probably not matter other than the sound.
